FAQ

How many images do we get?

Each of my full day packages has a minimum amount of images that you are guaranteed to receive. However, I deliver any and all photos that live up to my standards.

How long do I have to wait for my photos?

The turn around time for the delivery of your online gallery depends on the time of year of your wedding date. During the busy summer months, my clients can expect their photos delivered in 6-8 weeks. During the off seasons, the wait time is reduced to 4-6 weeks.

How will we get our photos?

All packages include a customized, personal, online gallery with edited high-resolution images. This gallery can be shared with your family and friends, where you can all download or share as you wish.

Who is your second shooter?

I am well aquatinted with the photography community in the Okanagan and have worked together with many of wonderful professionals throughout the years. I hire my second photographers from a group of 4 or 5 wonderful individuals that I feel best reflect my style and vision for capturing wedding memories.

What if you can't make it to the wedding? Do you have a backup?

Over 100 weddings and that thankfully has not happened yet! Unless I'm in a hospital bed I'll be there! However if the stars do not align for me on your day, I do have a large trusted network of photographers who I can rely on in a pinch. If I'm unconscious my husband knows what to do. You will be taken care of, I guarantee it!

Do you shoot destination weddings?

I do indeed! I have shot weddings and engagements in different provinces and countries. I love to travel so please contact me for more information.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Your gallery is connected to a handy printing company that offers high quality prints in a variety of sizes. I do recommend using this quick and easy method, however, you are under no obligation to use this feature. You may print your photos wherever you wish.

I do ask my clients to remember that the print quality of your images will vary between different businesses printing the photos. Different printers may alter the colour, and contrast of your images, so I highly recommend using a high quality location.
